Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Yes! Our Korean skincare products are formulated with gentle ingredients and are suitable for all skin types — including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before the first use.

Q: What does “glass skin” mean?
A: “Glass skin” is a K-beauty term that describes a smooth, luminous, and translucent complexion — like glass. Our collagen-based formulas are designed to help you achieve this radiant, healthy glow.

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: All our products have a minimum shelf life of 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is printed on each package.

A: Apply a generous layer to clean skin as the final step of your evening routine. Leave it on overnight and rinse in the morning. Use 2–3 times per week for best results.

Q: Can I use the Collagen Gel Cream both morning and night?
A: Yes! Our lightweight gel-cream is perfect for morning and evening use and makes an excellent makeup base.

Q: How do I use the Gua Sha and facial roller?
A: Apply your favorite serum or facial oil first. Use the Gua Sha with upward strokes from the center of your face outward. The roller can be used daily to gently massage and tone the skin.

Q: How long before I see results?
A: Most customers notice improved hydration after the first use. Visible anti-aging results typically appear within 2–4 weeks of consistent use.
