Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

France: 3–7 business days

Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 4–8 business days

Germany, Switzerland: 5–9 business days

Other European countries: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods (sales, holidays, etc.).

Standard Delivery: From €3.99

Free Delivery: For orders over €35

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 2 PM: Shipped the same day (subject to availability)

Orders placed after 2 PM: Shipped the next business day

Weekends & holidays: Shipped on the next business day


🔄 Return Policy

Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Within 14 days of receiving your order
✅ Product must be unopened and unused
✅ Original packaging and seals must be intact
✅ Labels and packaging must be undamaged

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

❌ Items with broken safety seals
❌ Products damaged by the customer
❌ Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

How to Return an Item

Contact us with your order number and reason for return

Wait for return authorization and instructions

Pack the item(s) carefully in their original packaging

Ship the parcel to the address we provide

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect item: We cover all return costs

  • Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refunds

Refunds will be issued:

To the original payment method

Within 5–7 business days after inspection

For the product amount only (shipping fees excluded unless product is defective)

If your package arrives damaged:

Take photos of the parcel and damaged item(s)

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund

Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Check your tracking information

Contact us with your order number

We will open an investigation with the carrier

If confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund
